You will serve as a PHYSICAL SCIENTIST (FLEET GEOSPATIAL INFORMATION & SERVICES) in the Fleet Oceanographer Department of COMMANDER US PACIFIC FLEET.In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specializes experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing professional scientific work involving policy directives, instructions or correspondence of Geospatial Information and Services (GI&S) activities to maintain GI&S coordination and execution for fleet mission requirements .
