About the Role

As a Scientist I Reagent Production , youll be a key member of a small, collaborative production team responsible for manufacturing reagents that power high-throughput sequencing workflows. You'll not only help produce, label, and QC reagents, but also maintain meticulous documentation and data entry. If you're passionate about supporting innovative research with high-quality lab work and recordkeeping, this is a great fit.

What You'll Do
  • Perform reagent manufacturing, quality control testing, aliquoting, and labeling
  • Enter production data and test results into internal databases with accuracy and speed
  • Edit and maintain batch records, QC methods, and work instructions
  • Support reagent scale-up activities and assist with documentation of new protocols
  • Write and follow test methods and quality control protocols
  • Coordinate internal reagent distribution and monitor inventory levels
  • Collaborate across R&D and operations teams to support project needs

Who You Are
  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelors degree (B.S.) in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field
  • 12 years of hands-on lab experience, preferably in reagent production or similar environment

Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong documentation skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • Proficient in editing and entering data in digital record systems
  • Experience with batch records, SOPs, and QC documentation is a plus
  • Analytical thinker with a methodical, problem-solving mindset
  • Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-evolving setting
