Description
- perform routine and non-routine chemical and physical tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as GC, HPLC, FTIR, UV-Vis, pH meters, and titrators.
- Accurately document test results and maintain detailed records in accordance with GMP and ISO standards.
- Identify deviations or non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Support validation and calibration of laboratory equipment and test methods.
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues and improve product consistency.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
