SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test)

Pay Range: $60-$65/hr

Must Haves:

• Looking for SDET who can quickly learn the scope of business to design, develop and maintain automation test harness.
• Strong coding, analytical and design skills.
• Ability to code in java and knowledge of spring boot.
• Experience writing unit tests using mock framework.
• Experience with API E2E testing tools like Karate and Rest assured.
• Experience developing automation test cases using Selenium or Playwright.
• Experience integrating CICD tools (Jenkins/Harness) with automation framework.
• Experience in Co-pilot for accelerating tests creation, enhancing instructions template
• Experience setting up in-memory database (H2) for automation harness.
• Experience developing automation scripts for APIGEE end points.
• Familiar with processes for SDLC compliance in testing documentation and artifacts (including creating testing traceability matrix, manual test cases writing)
• Experience in implementing and utilizing test management tool like Octane
• Experience with load testing tools like JMeter/Blaze meter will be a plus but not mandatory.
• BDD software development methodology
• Possess knowledge on Kafka message systems and experience developing test automation scripts using messaging systems.
