Were looking for a Senior Principal Software Development Engineer to help us build new service for our customers, operate our service and improve our engineering process.

As a member of the OCI Platform Service team, you will work with our product team and other engineering teams to define new features for our customers. Youll design those features and then write code to build and operate them. You will help operate our service, troubleshoot problems and generally support our customers. Youll provide technical and project leadership to other software engineers on our team.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Principal Software Development Engineer to join our team. As an IC5 SDE , you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining large-scale software systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop technical specifications, and implement high-quality software solutions.

In this role you will :

+ Design, develop, test, and maintain large-scale software systems, ensuring high-quality, scalability, and reliability

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop technical specifications, and implement software solutions

+ Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to Oracles coding standards and best practices

+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, working closely with QA and support teams

+ Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design doc
