Senior Environmental Professional (Engineer or Scientist)

Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000 annually (based on experience)

Senior Environmental Engineer or Senior Environmental Scientist to support a growing portfolio of remediation and stormwater projects across Southern California.

This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team of engineers, scientists, and technical specialists on high-impact projects that improve environmental quality, public health, and infrastructure resilience.

What You'll Do

Depending on your background and focus area, your responsibilities may include:

For Environmental Engineers:

• Lead field programs, remedial system design, and O&M activities
• Prepare feasibility studies, cost estimates, and permit applications
• Analyze environmental data and prepare technical reports
• Mentor junior staff and support project delivery across remediation sites

For Environmental Scientists:

• Manage stormwater compliance programs (construction, post-construction, industrial, MS4)
• Conduct site inspections, sampling, and BMP evaluations
• Interpret regulatory requirements and support permitting efforts
• Lead field programs and contribute to environmental protection strategies

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree
• in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 6+ years of relevant experience in environmental consulting
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• Working knowledge of California environmental regulations and permitting
• For engineers: PE license in CA (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
• For scientists: QSP/QSD certification (or ability to obtain immediately); additional certifications like CPESC, CPSWQ, or CESSWI are a plus
• OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $180000.00/hr.
