Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed product quality inspections using precision measurement tools
Analyze inspection data to ensure compliance with engineering and customer standards
Conduct mechanical testing, including fatigue and durability tests on components
Document findings and contribute to root cause analysis and corrective action plans
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement quality improvements
Support the maintenance and calibration of gauges, molds, and inspection equipment
Participate in mold and tool inspections, and report abnormalities or inconsistencies
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
Practical experience in a Quality Control or Production Technology role preferred
Familiarity with quality standards and inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset for defect reduction
Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
Detail-oriented, organized, and effective in both independent and team settings
