Lithography Team Process Development Engineer
- Develop, optimize, and sustain processes used for device fabrication in a semiconductor fabrication facility supporting BAW, SAW, GaAs, and GaN Qorvo Technologies.
- Position requires working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule.
- Responsibilities include supporting a manufacturing facility operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Primary responsibility will include supporting photolithography processes and tools for resist coat, expose, develop, and associated metrology. Role will involve broad range of litho toolsets related to 1x, i-line and ebeam processes.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams in Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Integration, and R&D to ensure process stability, improve yield, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Materials, Statistics, or the Physical Sciences.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor fabrication, with a focus on photolithography. (Less experience may be considered with advanced degree)
- Experience with photolithography, process control, and semiconductor processing is required.
- Position will demand large amounts of time working in a cleanroom environment. Some lifting and standing will be required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Masters degree or PhD in Engineering, Materials, Statistics or the physical sciences
- Experience in setting up, supporting, and troubleshooting lithography processes with ASML Steppers/Scanners, and TEL coat/develop tools will be a plus.
- Proficiency is desired in design of experiments, statistical process control, and database query tools (Oracle, Spotfire, Access etc). Data analysis, programming skills to aid data mining will be a plus.
