Quality Control Technician * Must be available towork Friday's as neededQuality Control Technician JobDescription:Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, the QualityControl Technician will be located at the company's Medinafacility. The Quality Control Technician manages the overallquality functions for the assigned shift. Interfaces withmanagement, Quality Supervisor, Production Supervision and labpersonnel to assure highest quality products are being produced.Accountable for following corporate policies and programs forquality.Quality Control Technician Key Responsibilities:Maintainsand reports product conformance to specifications throughinspection of raw materials, work in progress, and finished goodsinventories.Testing such as: hP, viscosity, density, specificgravity conversions, moisture testing and solids testingReviewsproduction processes for conformance to quality standardsReportsand tracks any significant deviations from quality standardsActs asliaison for all matters relating to quality of producedgoodsEnsures compliance with established policies and procedures,paying special attention to safety regulationsProvide support tooperations (batching, lines, warehousing) with respect toperforming transactions in our Deacom ERP systemTransactionsincluding but not limited to issuing materials to a job, inputtingproduction, de-issuing materials, inventory transactionsResponsiblefor carrying out company policy and initiativesRequirements:DescriptionQuality Control Technician * Must be available to workFriday's as neededQuality Control Technician JobDescription:Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, the QualityControl Technician will be located at the company's Medinafacility.
