Lab Technician - Metallurgy

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Multicircuits, a leader in the electronics industry,

is looking for an individual to support the Quality Control Lab. Perform

a variety of chemical tests and analyses of organic and inorganic

materials to determine composition, structure, chemical and physical

properties to determine conformance to industry and customer

specifications. Provide technical support and both qualitative and

quantitative analysis of manufacturing processes. Analyze chemical

solutions to determine the nature and proportion of substances Advise

operators on proper process parameters according to product

specifications and process concentrations; prescribe chemistry additions

and bath changes as required Analyze cross sections of various

manufacturing processes to determine the quality of each process

Participate in the resolution of quality issues by providing qualitative

and quantitative analysis of products that are nonconforming Record test

results and maintain lab analyses database Provide technical support to

waste treatment Follow procedures accurately and efficiently \*\*\*\*\*

OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: College or technical degree in a

related field or equivalent work experience required. Must be organized,

accurate, conscientious, dependable and a quick learner. Position

requires strong math skills, proficiency in computer software systems

including MS Office Suite, ability to learn proprietary software, solid

verbal and written skills, good time management and attention to detail.
