Overview: The Quality Control Technician Trainee is an entry-level role focused on learning quality control procedures and techniques. This role offers hands-on experience in product inspections, testing, and documentation, following 2 Second Lean principles for process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: (include but not limited to): Essential duties and functions, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, include and are not limited to the following:

Assist in performing inspections and tests on products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Learn to document and report quality findings.

Support the implementation of 2 Second Lean improvements in quality processes.

Work closely with experienced QC technicians to learn industry standards and best practices.

Other duties may be assigned by leadership.

Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, include and are not limited to the following:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Interest in pursuing a career in quality control.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Essential physical requirements pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, include and are not limited to the following:

PREFERRED TOOLS AND TECHNOLOGY:

REQUIRED WORK CLOTHING AND PPE: Attire should not interfere with job performance or safety.

Attire should not interfere with job performance or safety.

Safety glasses are provided by Athena

Closed toe safety shoes are required
