Location/Division Specific Information

Located in Highland Heights, KY, USA, our division is at the forefront of groundbreaking research. Our team is dedicated to developing world-class pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical solutions.

A day in the Life:
  • Perform routine to complex sample preparation and analysis

  • Train and mentor team members on analytical instrumentation

  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues

  • Review and compile data against SOP criteria

  • Lead investigations and propose corrective actions

Keys to Success:
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.

  • ASCP certification preferred

Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Proven ability to manage QC responsibilities

  • Experience in study design and protocol authoring

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Knowledge of analytical instrumentation and regulatory guidelines

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Excellent communication and project management abilities

Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Work is performed in a lab with exposure to biological fluids and occasional travel. Requires the ability to operate lab equipment, communicate effectively, and work independently with minimal mentorship.
