For more information, visit SolomonEdwards Position Summary: The Deposit Operations Quality Control Specialist is responsible for verifying complex deposit account setups such as escrow, UTMA , sole proprietors, estate, POA , and trust accounts. The role involves performing analysis and exception reporting, reviewing documentation for legal accuracy, conducting second reviews of reconciliations, and supporting audit and regulatory requirements. This individual also serves as a subject matter expert on account titling, documentation, and opening procedures, while identifying process improvement opportunities and supporting internal business lines. Essential Duties: - Verify complex account setups and legally created documentation, including escrow, UTMA , sole proprietors, estate, POA , trust, and Cash Management configurations. - Review forms and disclosures in coordination with Wolters Kluwer and Streamline; update systems and documentation accordingly. - Implement and maintain updated policies and procedures; prepare and test for annual system releases and maintenance events. - Conduct second reviews of completed reconciliations and perform exception and risk analysis for management. - Serve as a knowledge resource for account titling, documentation, and account opening procedures. - Support management with audit requests, monitoring reports, and compliance tracking. - Communicate effectively across departments, respond to inquiries, and ensure efficient workflow. - Assist in the training and development of unit staff. - Attend regular coaching and feedback sessions to support performance development. - Ensure adherence to legal and company policies regarding workplace conduct and compliance. - Maintain regular and predictable attendance; perform additional duties as assigned.
