Located in Riverside, IL, this position offers an exceptional opportunity to support the development and delivery of technology aligned with Honeywell UOP's pivot to providing sustainable solutions to customers as well as driving growth of core technology platforms. Key Responsibilities:Ensure quality and availability of online analytical data to support pilot plant operations, including on-call availability to occasionally support manufacturing operations 24 hours/7 days a week .Work with occasional supervision to build, maintain and install analytical instrumentation in pilot plant areas. Collaborate with senior personnel to troubleshoot problems with analytical equipment and related systems.Develop a general knowledge of UOP processes and R D pilot plants.Use experience to discuss and recommend what equipment and analyses should be implemented on projects. Understand the relationship between adverse sampling techniques (phase, temperature, pressure, etc.) and the performance of online equipment.Troubleshoot and verify online analyses and plant operations as problems arise, in collaboration with pilot plant technicians and researchers.Be accountable for working in compliance with all HS&E safety requirements and procedures.
