Job Description
- Operate production equipment according to SOPs, Batch Records, MD, and OPM.
- Execute procedures for cross-linked hyaluronic acid product production.
- Review manufacturing documentation for compliance.
- Coordinate sample preparation and testing.
- Record data into Batch Records, log books, and OPMs.
- Document all work activities following Good Documentation Practices.
- Recommend document revisions.
- Report procedural deviations and nonconformance to management.
- Proficiency in SOP and GMP.
- Experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Knowledge of cell culture.
- Understanding of chemicals, including acids and bases.
- Aseptic technique skills.
- Knowledge of bioreactors
- Knowledge of chromatography, formulation, fill/finish, titration, pH testing, dissolution
- Must have prior experience working within a cleanroom environment (ISO 5 preferred)
- Associate degree or equivalent in biomanufacturing/pharmaceutical with 1-3 years of experience in a biotech manufacturing environment.
- Ability to gown and gain entry to biotechnology/pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Comfortability working in a cleanroom environment.
The work environment includes a business casual dress code, with a shift from Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm. You will work alongside 6-8 team members in a cleanroom setting. The company values hard-working, detail-oriented, and team-oriented individuals who take initiative.
