Clinical / Medical Laboratory Scientist Perm Job

Setting: Hospital

Our client is looking for an experienced Clinical / Medical Laboratory Scientist (formerly Medical Technologist) to perform diagnostic testing on patient samples, analyze test results for accuracy, acceptability, and critical limits to aid physicians in the diagnosis or monitoring of various disease states.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelors degree in related field as required by individual clients
• Valid ASCP or AMT certification required
• In licensure states, Laboratory Licensure in appropriate specialty for the department or location assignment as applicable to the state
• One year experience as a CLS / MLS / Med Tech
• BLS certification
