We're looking for an R D Engineer 2 to build and refine AI powered tools that create and deliver multimedia content (videos, quizzes, presentations) on GESTALT, our proprietary learning platform. What you'll do: Develop & deploy AI content creation software . Enhance and support the GESTALT platform, resolving bugs and optimizing performance. Turn data into insights by collecting and analyzing user analytics to improve engagement. Create and curate learning assets aligned with course objectives and accessibility standards. Collaborate with faculty and guide undergraduate assistants. Report & present technical progress to sponsors. Please note: This position is grantfunded and is contingent upon funding. The full salary range for this position is from $73,600.00 - $133,200.00. The expected salary range is up to $88,500.00. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Required experience Minimum 2 years of related experience. Experience integrating web applications with Generative AI tools Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, including frameworks such as FastAPI, Node.js, and React.
