What Youll Do

  • Employ analytical tools like gas chromatography to assess product purity and composition.
  • Analyze data to ensure process compliance, troubleshoot deviations, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Monitor critical process variables to enhance yield, quality, and batch consistency.
  • Generate comprehensive technical reports and test documentation to support ongoing process enhancements.
  • Maintain the highest safety standards, ensuring all equipment and workspaces meet safety and cleanliness protocols.
  • Organize and uphold a safe, efficient laboratory environment.
  • Mentor colleagues and foster a collaborative culture of learning and innovation.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years of practical experience in distillation and analytical chemistry techniques.
  • In-depth knowledge of vacuum distillation and proficiency with gas chromatography.
  • Experience handling hazardous materials with strict adherence to safety protocols.
  • Physical capability to handle heavy containers (up to 700 lbs.) and work confidently at heights using ladders.
  • A proactive approach with keen attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.
