Quality Control Technician - Elevate Excellence in Metal Finishing! Are you a detail-driven problem solver with a passion for quality? Join Co-operative Plating as a Quality Control Technician and play a vital role in ensuring top-tier production standards. What You'll Do Perform final inspections and document results. Oversee in-process inspections for rework and corrective actions. Collaborate with the Quality Manager & Process Engineering Team to meet customer requirements. Lead customer-facing corrective actions and audits. Support process improvement initiatives and maintain NADCAP compliance. Maintain quality manuals, procedures, and training materials . Conduct root cause analysis to solve defects and drive continuous improvement. What You Bring 2+ years in a Quality role or 3-5 years in an industrial setting. Experience with AS9100 or NADCAP is a plus. Strong proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel . Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills .
