Overview Perform CLIA waived and non-waived laboratory procedures with a high level of accuracy and independent judgment. Conduct tests in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and coagulation. Assist with specimen processing and perform phlebotomy as needed. Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Contribute to team efforts in daily operations and maintain effective communication with colleagues. Strong understanding of laboratory procedures and techniques. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach. Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology (Associates or Bachelor's) is required. Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or equivalent preferred. The position is Monday thru Friday 2:30pm to 5:30pm.
