Join a global leader in advanced materials as an R D Scientist at our cutting-edge facility! We're seeking a driven engineer or scientist to lead innovative projects in wetlaid nonwoven solutions, with a focus on developing next-generation materials for energy storage applications. What You'll Do: Lead R D projects to develop and scale new products using wetlaid processes Collaborate with customers and Sales & Marketing to design solutions for existing markets. Apply Design of Experiments (DOE) and DFSS/DFM tools to drive process and product innovation. Benchmark competitor technologies and patent novel inventions. Provide technical guidance to manufacturing, customers, and cross-functional teams. Supervise lab technicians and deliver technical reports to stakeholders. Stay ahead of industry trends through literature, seminars, and market engagement. What We're Looking For: BS in Chemical, Materials, Paper, or Textile Engineering (or related) with 2+ years of experience in nonwoven or paper manufacturing, OR an MS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science (fresh graduates welcome). Strong skills in project management, communication, and leadership. Experience with wetlaid processes, material characterization, or scale-up on paper machines is a plus.
