Chemical Technician

Our client is seeking a Chemical Lab Technician to join their team. As a Chemical Lab Technician, you will be part of a dynamic laboratory environment supporting various customer-driven projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a solid foundation in general laboratory skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Onsite - 8300 Capital Drive, Greensboro, NC 27409

What's the Job?

• Execute customer-driven projects by conducting application testing including analytical testing, material evaluation, and equipment performance testing.
• Collaborate with customer technical leads to evaluate innovative solutions for cleaning and compatibility addressing Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) specific customer requests.
• Gather and analyze data, summarize findings in technical reports, and share with customer technical leads.
• Utilize general laboratory equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What's Needed?

• Associate's degree in applied science or a related field required; Bachelor's degree in chemistry or biology preferred.
• 0-2 years of general laboratory experience, including schooling and internship experience.
• Strong basic lab skills, including using a scale, pipette, and proper lab cleaning protocols.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
• Experience in data analysis and familiarity with laboratory equipment.
