About the Role: Join a leading food science team as a QC Technician supporting quality testing for food products. Youll conduct analyses on raw materials and finished goods to ensure product integrity and compliance with specifications. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine QC tests (pH, RI, density, color, sensory, etc.) Inspect and evaluate incoming raw materials Maintain lab equipment and calibrate instruments regularly Record and track results in the QC system (FABS) Collaborate with QC Chemists, R&D, and Production teams Ensure all lab activities follow safety and quality protocols Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience Experience in food testing or related quality control preferred Strong attention to detail and sensory analysis skills Able to work onsite in San Fernando, with flexibility to visit other facilities as needed Comfortable with lab work, sample handling, and basic troubleshooting What Happens Next: Once you apply, youll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
