Evaluate and analyze dataAssess existing materials commonly available and/or develop new materials to improve material performance and cost position in the support of new process and product developmentAssess existing materials and make recommendations to improve performance and/or manufacturability of existing products in various environmentsInvent and write patent applicationsWrite or assist in writing funding proposals, manage funding expenses and prepare technical reportsLead and train supporting technicians to carry out research work and guide scale-up processesWork collaboratively with external RandD partnersCommunicate experimental results and problems with supervisorsQualificationsBasicPhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related field0-3 years of relevant and verifiable experienceStrong hands-on experience in solid state electrolyte materials and electrochemistry, electroactive polymer and ceramic materials, and additive manufacturing processes[]{style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Symbol; line-height: 107%"}
