Senior Chemist

Primera Analytical Solutions Corporation is looking for Senior Chemist (2 Positions). Location of Employment: Cranbury, NJJob DutiesPerform and guide junior chemists in developing analytical impurity methods using advanced analytical techniques (HPLC, UPLC, SEC-HPLC, ELSD, CAD, HS-GC-FID, GC/MS, HR-MS, FTIR, UV, RI, Instron, etc.). Utilize and scientific review data generated from OpenLab, Empower, Mass Hunter, etc. Direct junior chemists in preparing analytical protocols, reports, specifications, and analysis certificates in compliance with cGMP/GLP. Provide technical support and lead junior chemists in troubleshooting and investigation during analytical study execution. Conduct method validation independently. Perform and supervise junior chemists in validating methods (Assay, Related Compounds, Residual Solvents, Genotoxic Impurities, Leachable) for small molecular products and large molecular products (peptides, proteins, oligonucleotides, etc.). Manage the stability program and support the completion of FDA submission documents.Minimum Job Requirement Masters degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a closely related field. Two-year chemical experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a Chemist, Scientist or in a related occupation with all:1) independent method validation, 2) method development (peptides, proteins, oligonucleotides, etc.), 3) analytical methods development using HPLC/UPLC with UV/CAD/ELSD/RI detectors, HS-GC/GC-MS, UV, FTIR, and Instron, and 4) data generation using OpenLab, Empower, Mass Hunter, and MicroLab.Job Type: 40 hrs, 5 days (Full-time)Please send resumes to Chelsie Zheng, Primera Analytical Solutions Corporation, ....
