This role is responsible for the Technical support to the sales reps and their customers in the Water Treatment department.

This includes:

- Processing Work Orders in a timely manner

- Trouble-Shooting recommending products

Water Treatment Tech Service Job Description

Daily processing of customer work order samples

- Logging samples in

- Water analysis and interpretation

- Logging work orders out

- Provide product recommendations when needed

Provide appropriate water treatment training:

- In person

- Via computer/phone

- On customer's site

- Assist in trouble shooting systems and chemical programs Via phone, computer, on site

- Track and report work order metrics

- Assist in R&D projects or production issues as necessary

- Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment

Education Requirements:

- Bachelor's in Chemistry

Other Requirements:

- Applicants must live within reasonable commuting distance of Sharonville, OH
