As a part of the Commercial Team, the Process Analytical Chemist role will empower you to independently evaluate criteria to select and apply standard scientific analytical techniques and processes. Develop new analytical methods needed to characterize our products for commercial purposes. Provide investigative results for root cause analysis in quality related production. Your Impact in This Role As an Analytical Chemist , your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Analyse and interpret test results using a range of analytical methods from well-established, routine standards to adapting specialized procedures. Correlate different test results and deduce conclusions to help analyse the impact on follow-up investigation and research activities. Develop new analytical methods based on existing equipment, instrumentation, and procedures. Write and update SOPs for new methods. Understand different analytical techniques and methodology concepts to determine the testing needed to achieve project goals. Provide insight, evaluate, and recommend new analytical instrumentation to be purchased in the region. This is to replace current instrumentation with newer models. What You Bring to the Table Experience with ICP-MS, Laser Ablation coupled with ICP-MS and or LIBS, ICP-OES, FTIR, Optical microscopy, SEM-EDS, XRD and XRF. Master's degree in chemistry, preference of analytical chemistry, or master's degree in Geochemistry with a strong background of analytical chemistry and statistics Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role Why Join Us?
