- Serve as the main point of contact for laboratory logistics.
- Lead laboratory management activities, including inventory, equipment management, and laboratory safety.
- Serve as equipment owner and assist Process Engineering, Facilities, and Maintenance teams with troubleshooting and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Lead reorganization of lab space to prepare for future lab scope, including removing outdated equipment and re-classifying equipment to fit laboratory needs.
- Support management and implementation of electronic lab notebook systems, including developing templates for experiments.
- Author Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for laboratory management, troubleshooting, and vendor communication.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience in laboratory operations.
- Proven experience in managing laboratory logistics, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to laboratory equipment.
- Familiarity with electronic lab notebook systems and laboratory documentation practices.
- Ability to lead organizational efforts, including lab space optimization and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
