Job Description
Need the services of a cell culture technician/specialist with wet lab skills willing to collab on short-term project.
Pay: Negotiable
Project: Working on a stem cell project involving differentiating iPSCs to MSCs (Mesenchymal Stem Cells). Project should last 2-4 weeks. Can pay weekly or per hour.
Looking for a lab technician/professor/scientist in the DC metro area (+/- 20 miles) with or without lab access willing to provide instruction on culturing iPSCs and HSCs for a few weeks two or four hours a week.
This project requires hands-on experience and expertise in human mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) culture, including long-term expansion, senescence monitoring, and colony-forming assays. It also demands proficiency in molecular biology techniques such as qRT-PCR for gene expression, telomere length analysis, and Western blotting to assess protein levels related to cell signaling and senescence.
