You'll be part of a high-performing team supporting the **Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) National Team Program** , helping to safeguard the nation through advanced missile defense systems. **What You'll Do** As a key contributor to the C2BMC software team, your responsibilities will include: + Designing and developing Java-based mathematical algorithms for missile defense systems. + Participating in the full software development lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, and issue resolution. + Collaborating in Agile teams to plan and execute development sprints. + Supporting software requirements and architecture development. + Creating and executing integration and test processes, tools, and documentation. + Working 100% onsite with occasional domestic travel (up to 10%). **What You Bring** **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. + 9+ years of engineering experience (or 7+ with a Master's, 4+ with a PhD). + Proficiency in Java or Java Spring. + Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. + Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in defense or aerospace software systems. + Background in systems integration and testing. + Exposure to large-scale, mission-critical software environments. **Why Join Us?** At PDS Tech Commercial, we don't just fill roleswe build careers.
