Skilled in creating and integrating REST or GraphQL APIs.
Competent in infrastructure-as-code deployment solutions like AWS CloudFormation or AWS CDK.
Experience in collaborative development using git repositories.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Contact Center development and telephony infrastructure.
Knowledge of prompt engineering for large language models.
Familiarity with AI-based coding assistants for development and documentation.
Proven ability to build serverless architectures following AWS Well-Architected principles.
