Responsibilities:

* Perform analysis and tests of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products samples of manufactured/intermediate products to verify conformity to specifications.

* Conducts in-coming raw materials testing, ensuring conformance to required specifications.

* Records test results on batch tickets and in company"s computer operating system.

* Organizes and maintains quality records and retains of production/intermediate batches and raw material champions

* Ensure accuracy and integrity of tests

* Sets up, adjusts, verifies, and operates laboratory equipment and instruments

* Maintain housekeeping of the working place

* Respect the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Policy

* Evaluates retains of production batches in response to quality complaints.

* Performs 5S audits or other audits according to a plan.

* Support all Quality Control related initiatives

Requirements:

* High school diploma/GED

* 3+ years related experience

Responsabilidades:

* Realizar an*lisis y pruebas de materias primas, materiales en proceso y muestras de productos terminados de productos manufacturados/intermedios para verificar la conformidad con las especificaciones.

* Realizar pruebas de las materias primas entrantes, garantizando la conformidad con las especificaciones requeridas.

* Registrar los resultados de las pruebas en las fichas de lote y en el sistema operativo de la empresa.

* Organizar y mantener los registros de calidad y las reservas de lotes de producci*n/intermedios y de materias primas.
