Job Title: Laboratory Manager
Location: Clearwater, FL
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $25/hour

Overview:
A newly established laboratory in Clearwater, FL specializing in gummy manufacturing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Laboratory Manager to lead daily operations. This role requires a strong background in HPLC, laboratory practices, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and play a key role in maintaining product quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily laboratory operations and personnel

• Conduct and review analytical testing including HPLC and other QC methods

• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, industry regulations, and safety standards

• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure clear communication and project success

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely reporting of lab results

• Support method development, validation, and troubleshooting of instruments and processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Chemistry or related field preferred

• 12 years of relevant laboratory experience required

• HPLC experience required

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
