Join our team as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist where you will conduct various technical procedures in the Emergency Department, Anesthesiology, and Core Laboratory. Your primary duties include specimen processing, method development, testing across multiple areas such as chemistry, hematology, coagulation, immunoassay, and blood gases. You will also be responsible for maintaining laboratory instruments, performing quality control, calibration, reagent preparation, and data entry.

Note: This position will have variable starting times as follows:

6:00am - 2:30pm

6:30am - 3:00pm

7:00am - 3:30pm

Salary Range: $53.31/hour - $71.04/hour

Job Qualifications

Current, valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license.

Bachelors Degree.

Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays.

Demonstrated technical competence in high-volume chemistry/hematology.

Two years of recent experience in a high-volume laboratory setting preferred.

Must pass the Ishihara Color Vision exam, i.e. visual acuity including color differentiation
