What will you be doing?
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for ensuring that our products meet company and industry quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality inspection, dimensional measurement, and problem-solving experience within a manufacturing environment.
Some of your day-to-day tasks?
- Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Read and interpret engineering design drawings.
- Use measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, pin-gages) to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Identify and document defects, deviations, and non-conforming products.
- Work closely with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Identify and quarantine potentially non-conforming product. Requisition non-conforming product from inventory using the company ERP system.
- Determine the source of non-conforming products.
- Create quality deviation reports
- Learn to use the company ERP software effectively.
- Complete other assigned duties and responsibilities promptly.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good record-keeping skills
- Detail oriented
- Good communication and organizational skills required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One to two years' related experience and/or training
Physical Requirements
- Employees must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment
- Employees will work in a warehouse environment, needing to wear a sweatshirt or specific OSHA safety gear.
