- Manually alloy, mount, and count metal samples.
- Prepare and handle samples with precision.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of lab safety principles.
- Keep meticulous records of experiments and findings.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical or Life Sciences, with a preference for Materials Science.
- 1-2 years of laboratory experience.
- Experience in pipetting, particularly in a biology lab.
- Experience in preparing or sample testing metals.
- Prior experience in a research and development or materials testing laboratory.
- Familiarity with metallic materials and metallurgy.
The work environment is a small yet vibrant company with a team of 20 individuals, including a collaborative group of 3-4 technicians and scientists. The role offers an 8-hour shift within flexible hours from 8am to 7pm, with no weekend work required.
