Quality Control Specialist

We are looking for a Quality Control Technician for one of our dehydrator companies. The ideal candidate would have QC experience in a packing house setting. The Quality Control Clerk (“QCC”) is responsible for helping support all aspects of plant quality including assuring overall product quality, quality reporting, quality standards and process documentation. Responsibilities

• The Quality Control Clerk (“QCC”) is responsible for helping support all aspects of plant quality including assuring overall product quality, quality reporting, quality standards and process documentation
• Also, the QCC will coordinate tracking and communication of daily, weekly and monthly KPI performance for facility specific metrics, and actively engage in improvement activities to enhance overall performance
• This position will be responsible for assisting with Continuous Improvement Processes and reports to the Quality Control/Food Safety Team Lead
• The ideal candidate would have experience doing QC or QA for a food production company.
