Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced engineer to lead robust process development and validation efforts in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Job Requirements:
BS in Engineering (minimum)
4+ years of engineering experience
Experience in regulated industries
Proven execution of DOE, IQ, OQ, PQ
Experience developing detailed work instructions
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in medical device industry
Proficiency in statistical techniques and analysis
Knowledge of Design for Reliability and Manufacturability (DRM)
Proficiency with Minitab, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project
Experience with Process Validation and Test Method Validation
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute process validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ)
Apply DOE methods to ensure robust process development
Create and maintain detailed work instructions for manufacturing
Perform statistical data analysis to evaluate process capability
Support design and manufacturing teams with DRM principles
Collaborate across departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Pay Details: $42.00 to $57.00 per hour
