Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced engineer to lead robust process development and validation efforts in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements:

  • BS in Engineering (minimum)

  • 4+ years of engineering experience

  • Experience in regulated industries

  • Proven execution of DOE, IQ, OQ, PQ

  • Experience developing detailed work instructions

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in medical device industry

  • Proficiency in statistical techniques and analysis

  • Knowledge of Design for Reliability and Manufacturability (DRM)

  • Proficiency with Minitab, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project

  • Experience with Process Validation and Test Method Validation

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute process validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ)

  • Apply DOE methods to ensure robust process development

  • Create and maintain detailed work instructions for manufacturing

  • Perform statistical data analysis to evaluate process capability

  • Support design and manufacturing teams with DRM principles

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements



Pay Details: $42.00 to $57.00 per hour
