Job Title: Laboratory Manager

Job Description

The Laboratory Manager will collaborate directly with the Research and Development team to facilitate new business development projects. This role involves managing the quote process from submission through completion, scheduling on-site client meetings and tours, and traveling for in-person presentations for existing customers. The Laboratory Manager will identify opportunities for process efficiency and manage the development of commercial agreements with customers. Additionally, they will oversee the product portfolio of customers in the business and work closely with the supply chain, artwork, and quality teams to enhance customer service throughout the business.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with R&D to facilitate new business development projects.
  • Manage the quote process from submission to completion.
  • Schedule on-site client meetings and tours.
  • Travel for in-person presentations for existing customers.
  • Identify opportunities for process efficiency.
  • Manage development of commercial agreements with customers.
  • Oversee product portfolio for customers
  • Work closely with supply chain, artwork, and quality teams to improve customer service.

A professional attire is expected during client interactions and presentations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
