Job Description

Perform tests on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products following current cGLP and current cGMP standards. Adhere to and revise SOP's, testing methods, and approved lab procedures as necessary. Investigate and document non-conformance issues, identifying root causes and potential solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products following cGLP and cGMP standards.
• Revise and adhere to SOPs, testing methods, and approved lab procedures as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of testing and product releases.
• Coordinate material flow with Planning and Scheduling departments.
• Investigate and document non-conformance issues, identifying root causes and potential solutions.
• Organize, file, and archive quality and process documentation in both physical and digital formats.
• Accurately document processes, product quality, and test outcomes.
• Communicate any quality issues or concerns to relevant team members promptly.
• Manage time and assigned projects efficiently.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Chemistry, Quality Control, and FDA compliance.
• Experience with batch record review and GMP, quality assurance standards.
• At least 1 year of experience in analytical chemistry and compliance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
• 0-2 years of hands-on experience in a laboratory setting, preferably within the personal care, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
• Knowledge of FDA 21 CFR part 210 and 211 requirements is a huge plus.

Work Environment

The position is on-site in Eagan, MN, operating on the 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
