Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled AI Senior Software Engineer to drive the enhancement, productionization, and continuous improvement of Generative AI-powered applications. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to build scalable, reliable AI features, incorporate real-world user feedback, and mentor junior developers.

This is a hands-on technical role for individuals passionate about delivering AI-driven solutions in a production environment while maintaining high engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and productionization of Generative AI features within enterprise applications

Enhance existing AI-powered systems by integrating user feedback, performance improvements, and reliability optimizations

Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust, scalable solutions

Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering technical growth and adherence to best practices

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using C#/.NET

Contribute to the architecture and deployment of cloud-native applications, primarily on

Azure

(open to AWS or Google Cloud Platform experience)

Implement and maintain Generative AI models in production environments, leveraging Python and modern AI frameworks

Ensure system reliability, security, and performance across all components

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of professional software development experience

, with strong proficiency in

C#/.NET

Hands-on experience with

cloud platforms

, preferably

Azure

(open to AWS or Google Cloud Platform)

Minimum of

6 months hands-on experience with Generative AI

, ideally in a production environment (e.g., integrating LLMs, prompt engineering, AI feature deployment)

Solid programming skills in

Python

for AI integration and experimentation

Demonstrated ability to mentor and support the growth of junior software engineers

Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable software

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience deploying or optimizing LLM-based features for user-facing applications

Familiarity with AI safety, model evaluation, and prompt refinement

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-native architectures

Contributions to open-source AI projects or relevant technical communities
