The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring every test and procedure is conducted with precision. Requirements for Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist: Bachelor's Degree in Laboratory Science from an accredited institution. ASCP Certification or equivalent. Compensation range for this position is $27.18 to $40.24, depending on experience Requirements for Medical Lab Technician: Associates Degree in Laboratory Science from an accredited institution. ASCP Certification or equivalent. Compensation range for this position is $21.69 to $32.11, depending on experience This position is benefit eligible and requires working from 6 PM to 6:30 AM, three days a week, with a commitment to every third weekend and alternating holidays.
