Marketing Research AssociateThe Marketing Research Associate will support understanding of our target audience and market trends, providing insights that inform marketing decisions. This role will support the Marketing Research Manager to deliver research insights that contribute to business growth for the Animal Nutrition business as well as the Land O'Lakes Corporation as a whole.The Marketing Research Associate will:A ssist and support research needs and development across brands. This includes supporting survey development, programming, fielding, and report writing.Learn and leverage survey development tools and platforms, as well as help to work with our research vendors and partners.Assist in internal panel research through community management to deliver ongoing reporting, discussion development, polls and other research work.Support the research projects across the brand strategy team through trend and cultural research, strategy material development, workshop assistance and broader team needs.Learn and contribute to broader thought-leadership and strategy projects that support our brands across the organization.Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field1 years of trend and cultural research1 years of drafting reports1 years of survey development and programmingUnderstanding of market research methodologiesExperience with survey development, data collection and analysisStrong critical thinking skills and attention to detailEffective communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to key stakeholdersThe salary range for this role is $59,840 - $89,760.
