Medical Laboratory Scientist

As an MLS/MLT, you'll perform a broad range of clinical laboratory tests in areas including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology. You'll work across varied morning and evening shifts with a rotating on-call schedule, ensuring you gain a well-rounded experience in a supportive, collaborative environment.

• Conduct diagnostic testing with accuracy and efficiency across multiple lab disciplines
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments to ensure reliable performance
• Review and validate results, troubleshooting inconsistencies as needed
• Adhere to quality control, safety, and regulatory standards
• Communicate test results clearly with clinical teams and document findings accurately

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related laboratory science field
• ASCP certification (or eligible; must obtain within six months of hire)
• Experience with automated lab equipment and strong analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and maintain attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support teamwork and collaboration
