Software Development Engineer

Responsibilities
Develop and implement monitoring solutions to ensure seamless application performance.
Troubleshoot and debug production software issues, providing timely resolutions.
Collaborate with development teams on corporate and divisional software projects.
Automate support processes and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
Perform SQL queries and improve systems for gathering feature metrics.
Skills
Proficiency in Java.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Organizational skills to maintain professionalism under pressure.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Mason, Perl CGI, and Oracle SQL.
Familiarity with HTML and UNIX/LINUX environments.
