Laboratory Technician

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lab Technician to support laboratory operations through accurate testing, documentation, and equipment maintenance. This role involves hands-on work in a fast-paced, team-based environment where precision, consistency, and safety are key to success.

What You'll Do:

* Perform routine laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products

* Record and interpret data accurately following standard operating procedures (SOPs)

* Assist in sample preparation, labeling, and proper storage of retained samples

* Conduct equipment calibrations and maintain lab instrumentation under supervision

* Follow safety and quality control protocols to ensure accurate results

* Communicate test results and observations to team leads or supervisors

* Support documentation for audits, regulatory compliance, or internal reporting

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab workspace

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, Environmental Science, or similar)

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

* Familiarity with basic lab practices and safety protocols

* Effective verbal and written communication skills

* Comfortable working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting

* Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, lab software experience is a plus)
