Determine laboratory strategy to align with plant and company goals and objectives for product quality.Provide technical expertise to maintain, calibrate, and optimize the lab XRF and cross-belt analyzers toinsure accurate and precise analysis of all materials. Collaborate with production management to addressconcerns and make recommendations for improvements both proactively and reactively. Interpret qualitycontrol test results, isolate quality problems and resolve them by communicating with Lab and ProcessDepartment employees. Monitor quality from the quarry through raw grinding, burning, cement grinding andshipping utilizing statistical methods to track quality.
