**Position Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile technical or functional lead with a strong full stack background who can confidently engage with executive stakeholders while leading technical initiatives. This role bridges the gap between strategy and executiontranslating complex technical solutions into clear, high-level executive communications, while maintaining hands-on involvement in development tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Lead end-to-end technical design and development across the full stack (front-end, back-end, and database layers)

+ Champion security principles throughout the SDLC, ensuring compliance with best practices, company policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)

+ Identify, track, and drive resolution of technical debt to sustain product quality, scalability, and maintainability

+ Knowledge in AI/ML technologies to drive automation, improve decision-making, or enhance user experienceespecially within healthcare-focused applications is preferred

+ Act as a liaison between technical teams and executive leadership; deliver compelling executive-level presentations and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

+ Prepare executive-facing technical documentation, reports, roadmaps, and high-level architecture materials

+ Serve in a cross-functional capacity, collaborating with both business and technical teams to define functional requirements and ensure alignment on deliverables

+ Participate actively in solutioning, architecture reviews, code development, and deployment activities

+ Champion technical best practices, mentor junior developers, and support continuous improvement across the development team

+ Own and drive functional aspects of project deliveryaligning technology with business goals

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, Angular, .NET, Java, Python)

+ Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services)

+ Proven experience delivering full stack applications in a leadership capacity

+ Excellent communication and storytelling skills, particularly when interfacing with C-suite executives

+ Experience in crafting technical documentation for strategic and executive audiences

+ Ability to operate in both Agile and Waterfall project environments

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a product mindset

**Education**

+ Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

**Pay Range**

The typical pay range for this role is:

$118,450.00 - $260,590.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the companys equity award program.
