Company Overview

Immunome is a clinical-stage targeted oncology company committed to developing first-in-class and best-in-class targeted therapies designed to improve outcomes for cancer patients. We are advancing an innovative portfolio of therapeutics, drawing on leadership that previously played key roles in the design, development, and commercialization of cutting-edge targeted cancer therapies, including antibody-drug conjugate therapies (ADCs). Our most advanced pipeline programs are varegacestat (formerly AL102), a gamma secretase inhibitor which is currently in a Phase 3 trial for treatment of desmoid tumors; IM-1021, a ROR1-targeted ADC which is currently in a Phase 1 trial; and IM-3050, a FAP-targeted radioligand, which recently received IND clearance. Our pipeline also includes IM-1617, IM-1335, and IM-1340, all of which are preclinical ADCs pursuing undisclosed targets with expression in multiple solid tumors.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Computational Biologist to join our ADC Technologies team. This role will be instrumental in integrating multi-omics data, modeling ADC pharmacodynamics, and supporting target selection and payload optimization strategies. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in computational biology, bioinformatics, and data science, with a strong interest in translational oncology and next-generation ADC design.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and integrate high-dimensional datasets (e.g., transcriptomics, proteomics, spatial omics) to support ADC target validation and therapeutic hypothesis generation.
  • Develop and apply computational models to predict ADC efficacy, toxicity, and resistance mechanisms based on tumor biology and payload properties.
  • Build and maintain RNA-seq pipelines for data processing, normalization, and differential expression analysis.
  • Design and implement interactive data visualizations and dashboards using HTML, JavaScript, or web frameworks to support cross-functional decision-making.
  • Collaborate with discovery biology, chemistry, and translational teams to inform linker-payload design and conjugation strategies.
  • Maintain and query internal datasets using SQL and integrate them into analysis workflows.
  • Present findings in cross-functional meetings and contribute to publications, patents, and regulatory documents.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Ph.D. or Master's in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Systems Biology, or a related field with 8 years of industry experience.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and R are required; experience with workflow management tools and cloud computing is a plus.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Demonstrated experience with machine learning applications in bioinformatics, including model development and validation.
  • Proficiency in RNA-seq analysis, including alignment, quantification, and downstream interpretation.
  • Familiarity with SQL database programming and data integration strategies.
  • Experience in building web-based data visualization tools or dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working in interdisciplinary teams.

Washington State Pay Range

$160,809 - $193,100 USD
