Join us as our newest Senior Scientist I/II in Applied Research

In this role you'll make an impact by:

• Leading pipeline projects through late-stage development to launch, including but not limited to high throughput screening and proof of concept testing at scale

• Leading cross-functional product development teams, communicating results and providing technical recommendations and guidance on project progress

• Collaborating with customers and external partners to evaluate potential product concepts and research paths

• Coordinating and executing experiments together with project team, ensuring results, documentation, reporting of data meet a high-quality standard.

• Leading development of new assays, methods, and trial protocols, ensuring we stay current with customer-relevant processes and conditions

To succeed you must hold:

• PhD in biosciences or engineering disciplines with min 5 years relevant experience

• MS in biosciences or engineering disciplines with min 8 years relevant experience

• BS in biosciences or engineering disciplines with min 10 years relevant experience

• Experience in product development with technical product launch support preferred

• Proficiency in digital tools - statistical software, python

• Customer management experience - history of engaging with customers

• Project Management skills

• Scaling projects for lab to full scale

• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally, up to 25%

Expected salary range: $100,000 - $130,000
